法学本科及以上，通过法律职业资格考试；有证券、并购、投融资经验者优先。Bachelor of Laws or above with a pass in the PRC legal profession qualification examination; experience in securities, M&A or investment financing preferred.
财税相关专业，持有 CTA 或 CPA；熟悉跨境税务、转让定价与税务争议者优先。Degree in tax, accounting or finance with a CTA or CPA qualification; familiarity with cross-border tax, transfer pricing or tax controversy preferred.
会计 / 审计背景，具有会计师事务所审计经验；熟悉内控与 COSO 框架者优先。Background in accounting or auditing with experience at an accounting firm; familiarity with internal controls and the COSO framework preferred.
熟悉企业合规、内控与监管申报；有上市公司或跨境业务合规经验者优先。Knowledge of corporate compliance, internal controls and regulatory filings; experience with listed companies or cross-border business compliance preferred.
在校研究生或高年级本科生，每周到岗不少于 3 天，表现优异者可留用。Current postgraduate or senior undergraduate students, on site at least three days a week; strong performers may be offered a permanent role.
